Riitta and Magnus Appelberg work with individuals and groups. Their work is spreading over Finland at a groving speed. Physical therapists and other bodyworkers have succesfully integrated Aquabalancing in their own work. Also people who have found a deep interest in the water itself are enjoying the benefits of a new way of relaxing and taking care of them selves and each other.

Riitta and Magnus are trained in Rebalancing and hypnosis. Magnus has a MA in dance which was his former profession. The underwater world opened to him in 1990 in a workshop at the academy of dance in Helsinki as Kozana Lucca, Roy Hart Theatre, taught how to use the voice under the water. This was the turning point towards the work which is today known as Aquabalancing.
