Since 1995 every tuesday morning people come to the water relaxation group. Some people come every week and about half are there for the first time. It is a pleasant mix of people used to the water and people afraid of the element. On the video yuo will see some basic structures which are done every week. Notice that when people seem only to make bubbles in the water they are actually trying to connect to their voice. Why? Please, join us on tueday morning, the relaxation is included in the pool fee.
